Jonah Weaver was bored. There was no getting around that fact. He decided to go for a walk through Hell's Kitchen and try to figure out what to do then.
It had been a while before he saw the woman who would be his next victim. He didn't know if she was a mutant or not, but she had a nice, strong, healthy energy signal. She should last a while.
"Hello there, Maybe you could help me with...something. A little psychological experiment."
Jonah smiled a charming, predatory smile, then he released a barrage of metal that flew towards her. She screamed and ran. Jonah smiled again.
After chasing her and toying with her for ten minutes, Jonah finally cornered her in an alleyway.
He smiled again, this was going to be fun.

Raven was...bored. And that was the most dangerous mood for him to be in. He couldn't really find a decent victim, no one that would put up a fight or scream real loud to draw attention. And that angered him, coupled with being bored, which pissed him off to begin with.
Then he heard a scream, and his wings burst out of his back, shredding his shirt. He didn't care; he took flight, the rags falling to the ground. He perched on a nearby rooftop, looking down at the scene before dropping silently behind the potential killer, just to get a better look. He didn't get to see others kill very often. This would be very interesting.

Jonah smirked as he saw the woman's eyes gorw large with terror. He created an adamantium switchblade, but the reason for her realk fear became apparent as he heard her exclaimation.
"Mother of God, It's a dark angel come for my soul"
"Lady the only one coming for you is me." Jonah smirked again,"And I sure as hell, ain't no angel."
He kept smirking as he checked the sharpness of his knife then he looked down and caught a reflection. So there was someone behind him.
Well the guy didn't seem like he was going to stop him. Jonah kept moving towards the woman.
"Just to let you know I'm going to see how long you last and it won't be pleasant."
He smiled again as he moved towards the woman.

He chuckled to himself, shaking his head at the woman grimly. His arms folded across his chest as his wings folded behind him, melting into his shirtless figure. A sick grin played upon his face. This one liked to make his victims suffer, too. He might as well have been a little kid at a football game. Raven was just loving this. Then, he decided to speak. "I ain't no angel either. Just here to watch." He smirked, and as the man went about his business, Raven quoted two stanzas of Poe's "Spirits of the Dead." "Thy soul shall find itself alone 'Mid dark thoughts of the grey tomb-stone; Not one, of all the crowd, to pry Into thine hour of secrecy.
Be silent in that solitude, Which is not loneliness- for then The spirits of the dead, who stood In life before thee, are again In death around thee, and their will Shall overshadow thee; be still."

The woman's screams echoed through the night as Jonah completed his twisted work. He smiled. The woman had lasted quite a while.
He concentrated and the blood flowed to form these words.
COME AND GET ME OFFICER
He smirked again as he turned to the figure and wiped the blood off his hands.
"I'm guessing since you didn't try to interfere, that you're not one of those goody two shoes mutants. I'm Jonah Weaver."
He continued cleaning his knife as he watched for any reaction from the poetry spouting semi-birdman.

"Interesting," he commented, looking at the handywork. "I just leave a black feather, personally." Which was his way of saying 'No, I'm not. I'm a serial killer.'
"Call me The Raven." His arms folded across his chest as his dreadlocks just hung down by his head. A smirk was on his face. "It's not often I get to..." he glanced at the woman's body again, "admire the work of another..."

"I don't usually leave any calling cards, But I ran into this police officer who is extremely fun to toy with."
Jonah concentrated and a glass of amontillado wine appeared in his hand. "Would you like a glass as well, or maybe you would prefer a cask?" He smiled as he sipped his wine.
"I assume that was Poe you were quoting. I usually prefer books on psychology, but I do enjoy his works every so often."

"Most don't believe in calling cards, seeing them as foolish and signing your name to a scene. But, here's how I see it." His wings spread wide, and he plucked a feather, showing him. "This says more than 'Raven was here.' It says, 'It's me again. Catch me if you can.'" He let the feather fly away as his wings again melted into his skin.
"I'm not a drinker. But I live by Poe." He wasn't going to completely open up of course, but...there was something in this young man that he admired. They weren't so different, really. Though it was obvious Raven had a respect for Jonah. After all, he was still standing.

"Of course." This man intrigued Jonah, which was why the evil Weaver twin allowed him to stay alive. He finished the wine and the glass disappeared.
Atthe man's comment about Poe Jonah shrugged. "It's better than patterning your life after Lewis Carroll or Frank L. Baum." He smirked at the thought of some sap trying that, they wouldn't last long at all.

He nodded, leaning against the wall, thinking. Normally, Mason Marxx wasn't a man to make conversation. "Damn straight."
His eyes glanced around the area, then back at Jonah. "So, Weaver. Interestin' skill ya got there." Though of course, that didn't mean Raven would openly just show Jonah what he could do. That, he'd have to find out on his own.

Jonah shrugged
"It helps. That wing thing is probably pretty useful." Of course it was nowhere near as versatile as Jonah's power, but it was definitely useful. Especially since it looked like the wings were completely retractable.
Of course if they got into a fight Jonah would definitely mop the floor with this guy. Maybe he would fill the air around the guy's head with carbon monoxide, now that would be ironic. However he wasn't just about to kill this guy yet...the Raven still intrigued him.

He chuckled. "Not all I have," he said, sort of letting it hang there. He might not have been as versatile, but he had quite the arsenal. If worst came to worst, he could pull the invisibility, though he couldn't simultaneously use his other powers. Flight came in handy, as did his healing attribute. But his personal favorite was the deathgrip.
But none of that really mattered right now. "Yeah, it's all pretty useful. And then there are those times when an ordinary switchblade does the trick too."

"I have a few more tricks up my sleeve as well."
He was starting to consider either killing the guy or just walking away.
"True, but slow acting poisons, strong acids, and several other things have their place as well, including the icicle."
He smirked, remembering the last kill he made with an icicle.

He nodded. "So true. But...nothing beats a kill executed perfectly with one's bare hands. Don't you think?"
He smirked, then turned to exit the alley. In truth, he was curious. He'd never met anyone so close to his caliber as a killer before. Though he had no more words to say, tonight had been quite interesting, to say the least. "I'll be seeing you. Maybe."

"And maybe I'll see you later." Jonah opened a wormhole and teleported to a nearby roof. He relaxed and waited to see if any cops would show up. he also watched how the Raven would react to his disappearance.
