Roy stood in the night, several thousand dollars worth of diamonds in his pockets. The burglar alarm, which he had purposely set off rang their loud chimes.

He had chosen this location because it was straight in the middle of territory that was known to be the Punisher's stomping grounds. And of course he figured that the punisher would be the one real obstacle in his plan for the short revival of the Royal flush and his other more long term plan.

In otherwords he needed to have a "meeting" with the Punisher. It was up to the Punisher to decide how violent this meeting would go.

Just Min's before castle was on his way to see his Family, and reading in the Daily bugle that Jameson might run for mayor one day in the big apple, The van stopped at a light just then while he was having a coke, and waiting for the light to change, He listen to police call as a super human was trying to rob the bank just four blocks up. So the Punisher's Hummer drove to the crime, as the NYPD was holding the super human at bay, So the punisher would take queen's and HK and block the Jerk off at the Pass, since all the other exits where out of order do to Road work.. So the punisher waited for him just between the state line of jersey and New York..
